NTHSS campus


  1. It is compulsory for all pupils to be present in the school on the first day of re-opening of the school after every vacation. Failure to do so would attract a fine of Rs100/-. In case of after winter vacation, school seat will be cancelled if a pupil fails to report back for one whole week after the re-opening.
  2. It is compulsory for every pupil to attend daily morning assembly which starts by 8:00 A.M.
  3. Those who had remained absent the previous day must bring the absence record with reasons(in school diary) signed by the parents. Principal will monitor the attendance of all pupils strictly.
  4. It is compulsory for all pupils to come to class in full uniform. Uniforms should always be kept clean & tidy.
  5. Everyone is expected to come to school in proper dress and avoid all kinds of vulgarity.
  6. All conversations within the campus in English only, except in situations which demand doing otherwise like in classes of Hindi, Mother tongue or other special occasions.
  7. Filthy literature and indecent pictures are strictly prohibited from the campus.
  8. No student is allowed to bring to school personal electronic gadgets. If any student is caught using cellphone. he/she will be fined an amount of Rs500/- for first violation and on repeated violation, the handset will be seized not to be returned.
  9. It will be mandatory for all boys to keep their hair short. Use of ornaments, jeweleries and make-ups in school is strictly prohibited for both boys and girls.
  10. Parents/Guardian are not allowed to talk to their children near the classrooms while the classes are in progress. In case of emergencies, they may either convey their message to their pupil through the principal or talk with the pupil only during recess or after the school is over without causing any inconvenience to anyone within the campus.
  11. Cumulative record books are normally sent to all parents after the declaration of result of every half yearly/monthly test, which the parents are required to go through carefully and return back the next day signed without fail. In case of loss or damage the same are to be made again paying a fine of Rs50/-.
  12. It is compulsory for every pupil to participate in at least one area of co-curricular activities and all school functions.
  13. It is obligatory on the part of the parents to pay visits to the school for discussions or special functions whenever requested by the school authority.
  14. No one is allowed to organize school or class picnic without talking prior permission of the Principal, and as such no one is allowed to make any money collection for any reason in the school without taking permission from the principal.
  15. Every pupil must obey his/her respective class prefects.
  16. Pupils suffering from contagious disease are not allowed to attend school.
  17. Any pupil found out cheating he/she will be straight away expelled from the school without any further notices or warning. No mercy shall be shown for any willful misconduct.
  18. Any damage done to the school property would have to be compensated by the pupil concerned, depending upon the circumstances and the nature of the damage.
  19. Parents or pupil are required to collect the results on the specified date. No result will be given thourh telephone or messenger.
  20. All dues must be paid up to-date without delay. Dues of a particular month must be paid on or before the 10th of that month for longer delay, but if the concerned parents do not take care to clear the dues continuously for three months beyond the last date,, then the pupil will stand debarred from coming to class. However, as and when the dues are cleared up, the pupil may resume attending the class as usual.
  21. The following are grounds which justify dismissal of an erring pupil anytime of an academic session.
    • Abnormally irregular/persistent irregularity in attendance.
    • Failing to do homework habitually/continual neglect of study.
    • Use of pan/cigarettes/alcohol/drugs.
    • Improper conduct and immoral behavior.
    • Misbehavior in or outside the campus.
    • Non-remittance of School fees.
    • Use of unfair means in examination.
    • Revolting action of a pupil toward a teacher/the school authority or lodging false/exaggerated reports to parents thereby encouraging them to bring unreasonable complaints to the school (although reasonable/constructive criticism or complaint may at time be bought forward to the Principal.
    • Bullying/Ragging.
  22. A pupil failing two years consecutively in the same class will not be allowed to be readmitted in the school the next year.
  23. Defaulters in fee payment shall not be given examination result.
  24. No transfer certificate would be issued to pupil until all dues are cleared.
  25. Pupils not coming back next year must take their transfer certificate immediately after the annual examination results are declared, and not later then on or before the closing day of the school, failing which they will have to pay a fine equivalent to three months tuition fees as penalty.
  26. Matters not dealt with by the above stated rules shall be decided by the Principal through proper consultation with the Management and the decision shall be final and binding on all concerned.
